Vacant Properties
Professional photographs make everything look better.
This includes the often overlooked Vacant Property.
Better photos grab the attention of prospects on the MLS. Photos then create more "clicks." more showings, and improve the chances of a
quicker sales.
Owner Occupied Houses
These homes are more than merely taking photographs.
These have the added dimension of interfacing with your client, the Sellers ... plus perhaps their kids, their pets, and their not quite decluttered enough property.
It takes professional propriety and finesse to direct the photo shoot...keeping your Seller Client happy, while we get the images that you, the Realtor need
to best present the listing.
My regular Realtor clients feel that I am an extension of their brand when I am working with their Sellers.
Luxury Properties
Shooting a 5,000+ sq ft house is different then our typical size houses. Luxury properties are Grand ... with owner expectations that match.
Because of their size,
a wider array of photography techniques as is a 5-Star level of attention and propriety.
I have shot Luxury Properties for over 4 years. I also carry $1mil of General Business and E&O Insurance.
